This Lululemon Socks Review is NOT sponsored and was written based on my honest opinion as a busy mom working on her fitness and updating her wardrobe!
When it comes to choosing a great pair of socks, I am REALLY picky.
As much as I love Costco’s selection for a lot of things, sports socks have just never been one of them.

So, I decided to give three different pairs of Lululemon socks a try:
- Power Stride No Show
- Power Stride Tab
- Daily Stride
This guide covers the three styles above and includes tips for sizing, material, and care.

Lululemon Socks Review: Are They Worth It?
Like the rest of their line, Lululemon’s socks are very high quality and perform well under various conditions.
I wear mine for:
- working out (including spin, running, and weight lifting)
- daily use at home
- running errands
Lululemon Sock Sizing
Women’s socks are available in sizes S, M, and L.
The conversion to North American women’s shoe sizes is as follows:
- Small: 4 to 6
- Medium: 6.5 to 8.5
- Large: 9 to 11
I wear a size 7.5 in shoes and found that all styles of Lululemon socks are true to size.
That said, they are a snug fit!
So, if you’re on the cusp and take a size 6 or 8.5, I’d recommend sizing up.

Men’s socks are available in sizes M, L, and XL.
The conversion to North American men’s shoe sizes is as follows:
- Medium: 6 to 9
- Large: 9.5 to 12
- Extra Large: 12.5 to 14
Lululemon No Show Socks Review
I love the Active grip on the back of these socks!

Unlike other no show socks I’ve purchased in the past, the grip is actually sticky enough to keep them up.
You’ll notice how sticky the grips are as soon as you peel them off the package.

I tried a similar style from TNA (who actually makes great socks for the most part!) but the sticky grip lost its strength over time.
Lululemon’s No Show socks also feature ErgoToes so your socks have left and right toe construction for the perfect fit.
Notice how one foot is marked MED L and the other is marked MED R in the next photo.

I really like this feature!
If you live in a household where several of you wear Lululemon socks, knowing what size socks you’re handling makes it easier to put away laundry too.
They’re available in three different quantities:
You’ll save about $2 per pair of socks by choosing a three pack and $3 per pair of socks by getting the five pack.
I’d start with a three pack first if it’s a style you wear often and add a five pack later on once you’ve experienced them for a bit.

Lululemon Power Stride Tab Sock Review
These tab socks are SUPER comfortable and are built to last.

They’re amazing for running and cario workouts plus breaking in new running shoes, haha!
You can see just how high the tab comes up in the photo below.

Power Stride Tab socks are also foot specific – you’ll find each foot labelled either R or L on the inside of the tabs.
It’s a bit hard to see with this color but my socks are called MED L and MED R in the image below.

They’re soft and super comfortable on from the gym to the grocery store.
They’re available in three different quantity packs:
Like the No Show socks, you’ll save about $2 per pair of socks by going with the three pack ($6 total savings) and $3 per pair of socks by getting the five pack ($15 total savings).
Core colors rarely (if ever) go on sale, so buying in bundles is the best way to save money!

Final Thoughts: Lululemon Socks Review
I’ll admit it – my Lululemon socks are the first ones I reach for these days!
I love how form-fitting they are.
Compared to some sports socks that are too loose and fluffy (like the Fila and Adidas ones Costco usually carries), Lululemon’s socks are tighter and retain sweat better.
They’re durable and offer great support.
The Daily Stride Low-Ankle socks and the Power Stride No-Show socks my absolute favorite for daily wear.
The Power Stride socks are fantastic for cycling and running!
Which Lululemon socks will you try? Will you stick to basics and try some fun girly colors?
